Rachel Maby | Youth Director

Rachel Maby is a vocal animateur and mezzo soprano from Highbury. She has more than a decade of experience as a music educator and she works as a vocal animateur for Welsh National Opera and Oxford Bach Choir. She also music directs High Holborn Chamber Choir, Christ Church Jazz Choir, Jericho Youth Choir and Music Education Islington Centre choirs. She has delivered and performed in outreach programmes on behalf of Spitalfields Music, The Orchestra of St John’s, Constella OperaBallet, Baseless Fabric Theatre and HighburyOperaTheatre. She joined HighburyOperaTheatre committee in 2018 and directed the Youth Chorus for Fever Pitch and Lost in the Stars.
