Katharine Taylor - Jones

Kathy is a mezzo-soprano who joined HOT committee in 2020. She has performed multiple roles for HOT productions, which include Anna in Tobias and the Angel, Mrs Noye in Noye’s Fludde and she will play Virginia Febble in our upcoming production The Weekend.

Recent roles include Public Opinion in Orpheus in the Underworld for Opera Della Luna at Buxton Festival and in London; The Marquise of Berkenfield in The Daughter of the Regiment (ODL at Buxton Festival) and Bianca in The Rape of Lucretia (Grimeborn).

Kathy has coached singers/actors in the music industry for many years, and is an experienced singing teacher.
